Booking Form - Laura Lawlor – Realtor®

From My Clients

I used Laura as a buyer’s agent as we were looking to relocate from NY. I had started this process with a different agent and quickly realized that he and his colleagues were not well versed in the communities we desired. After a brief internet search to identify an agent with expertise and knowledge of the Ashburn area, we found Laura and were reasonably confident given her excellent reviews and our initial introductory conversation. While our plans were waylaid due to the Covid crisis, Laura kept in touch and kept us informed. When properties met our criteria, Laura immediately went into overdrive and worked closely with us. Her communication and follow up skills are top-notch. When we found one property that was ideal, Laura helped us construct a winning bid in a very short amount of time and one that was successful over 3 other offers. No small feat and much of this had to do with Laura’s skills. I have dealt with about a dozen different realtors over the past 20 years- most through business and some personally. Laura is really one of the best! I tell our family and friends that she is “Virginia’s Realtor of the Year”. That is how good she is. Even if we did not get the home we initially wanted, I had ultimate confidence that with Laura’s guidance and skills, we would have found another one to our liking. Laura always answered our many questions and provided several excellent vendors to help us address a few issues in the new home. All have turned out to be really good and just like her- reasonable, like-able, and good communicators. You will surely be in excellent hands should you choose to work with Laura to fulfill your real estate dreams.
